The company has established a one-of-its-kind R&D centre in Jammu, housing chemistry labs for organic synthesis and an analytical facility. We are elevating our R&D footprint by setting up biocatalysis and phytochemistry facilities and a kilo lab for scale-up and generation of multi-kilo material, transforming a standard bench-scale laboratory into a highly integrated, modern process development and scale-up hub.

Dr Thaper holds a PhD from the Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry, Moscow, and has held senior R&D positions as director and head of department at Ranbaxy, Lupin, Dr Reddy's and Jubilant. He brings over three decades of experience in technology, innovation and execution, with expertise in API process development, chiral synthesis, biocatalysis and scale-up, and has led large scientific teams. He has over 120 patents and several scientific publications to his credit, is on the board of and a consultant to a couple of pharma companies, and is recognized as a PhD guide by several universities. He has built extensive industry connections and useful networks.
